Important Updates - Covid19 Guidelines

The UK Government has recently made important changes to the Covid-19 Regulations in order to contain the risk of Omicron Variant. TLTF TEAM and the BUSINESS DESIGN CENTRE are operating following the Government Guidelines in order to ensure the safety of all visitors, exhibitors and staff.

Please carefully read the below guidance before attending The London Textile Fair on the 11th and 12th of January 2022. We look forward to welcoming you at the show.

FACE COVERING: You will be asked to wear a face mask at all times inside the venue and within communal spaces. Face masks are not provided, please bring your own.

COVID PASSES:  We ask to all visitors, exhibitors and staff coming to the venue to be prepared to show proof of their immunity, which can be their Covid vaccination status (showing both vaccinations to have been completed for more than two weeks) or a negative lateral flow or PCR test from within 48 hours.

SOCIAL DISTANCING: We have developed a new floorplan which ensures appropriate distancing between each exhibitor stand. We also ask to our guests to maintain social distancing whenever possible.

If you’re travelling to England from abroad you must:

- Take a PCR test before the end of day 2 following your arrival and self-isolate until you get a negative test result.

- Please note that you are also required to submit a passenger locator form before you travel to the UK and you will need to show your form when you check in to travel or board your plane, train or ferry to the UK. You can submit the form any time in the 48 hours before you arrive in the UK through the Government website.

This will apply whether you qualify as fully vaccinated or not.

PCR tests are available at most airports if pre-booked, and you will be able to take the test as soon as you land. If you think this would be more convenient to you, please check if the airport you are travelling to offers this service. We are also working with the venue to put PCR testing in place for people arriving at the show, further development on this will be announced soon.
